Recommendations are awesome! Especially when I’ve exhausted my stack of books and my library’s e-book loan program shows up with Cruel Beauty. This book is Beauty and the Beast meets mythology and I found it VERY interesting and entertaining because of this unique combination. I was left wondering what was happening the whole time and I was slightly confused at times which actually made it more enjoyable for me…I was trying to figure everything out! Nyx is such an honest character, flaws and all. And I found her husband to be do incredibly interesting just like she did. SO, if you enjoy fairy tale retellings, mythology, or even a good solve the problem type book, I know you’ll like this one. Try it!
