What I Think:
There are so many things that I liked and didn’t like about this final book! That is what happens when you become invested in characters. I like drama in books, but I felt like Rossi took the drama between Perry, Aria and Roar to a whole new level, and while it definitely added to the tension and story, I think it also pulled away detail from their “mission” which was what I was really looking forward to reading about. I also feel like the role that Cinder played was so pivotal, but also kind of undervalued in the writing. With that said, I will say that I read this in a day and do love Rossi’s plots and writing. She excels at creating different kind of villains in Hess and Sable. You’ll have to read to find out whether she pulls a stunt like Veronica Roth did in Allegiant!
